Hello valued Neighbors! We're excited to announce the formation of a group dedicated to revitalizing our beloved neighborhood, and we need your help! Our Mission is to revitalize Pleasant Valley and River Road by improving infrastructure, enhancing public spaces and honoring our neighborhood's unique history. We hope that our combined efforts will help the reopening of Pleasant Valley Elementary. Most importantly, we want to foster a stronger sense of community through neighborhood gatherings, local art projects like our Pleasant Valley Mural Initiative. And future mural installations. We want to empower our residents by representing them to the City of Amarillo, Potter County and Amarillo Independent School District. Plus we're bringing resources to you. NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PROJECTS
NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANUPS
Partnering with the City of Amarillo, we host several clean-up weekends throughout the year. The City provides roll-offs and we try to send out volunteers to gather trash and help our residents remove larger items from in front of their homes and properties. If you can ever volunteer some time, muscles and a truck & trailer, please call us 806-678-5150. Join us in making a difference!
PLEASANT VALLEY PARK
Until we get the vandalism under control there will be no enhancements to our little community park. So stay tuned for updates as we work together to create a SAFE, WELL MAINTAINED welcoming space for everyone in the community! Please, if you see something say something.
